Inspirational author of The Earth Diet, Liana Werner-Gray, popped into Hay House HQ in the UK recently and I took the chance sit down for a chat with her. While we were talking Liana identified her 5 ‘Usual Subjects’ – the foods we should avoid in order to live a healthy balanced diet, which you can find out about too in this video of our encounter:

Liana developed her principles of eating healthily following five years of heating junk foods as a student precipitated a health crisis for her. To cure the benign tumour, the size of a golf ball which had appeared in her neck, Liana returned to the principles she had discovered as a child growing up among the Aboriginal people around Alice Springs.

Liana has become an advocate of healthy eating and now travels the world speaking about the importance of a good diet and healthy lifestyle. Eliminating these five food types would form a great foundation for anyone wanting to improve their overall wellbeing.
